If you breach any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access or use the Site or Services automatically terminates.

Free inspections and estimates do not create an obligation to purchase services. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written proposal or contract.

Assumption of Risk, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability Installation and construction-related work involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, disruption, or unforeseen conditions. You acknowledge these risks.

We perform work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Be Cool America LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the Site or Services (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data), except where prohibited by law.

We do not provide engineering, architectural, or legal advice. Any recommendations are based on visual inspections and industry best practices.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be Cool America LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site/Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.
